We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee new construction, renovation, and remodeling projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be skilled at planning, budgeting, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
Manage development, renovation, remodeling, upgrading, maintenance, and repair projects from initiation through completion. Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion. Monitor approved budgets, maintain accurate financial records, and provide budget status updates. Obtain competitive bids, prepare, negotiate, and execute contracts; coordinate subcontractor agreements with the account executive. Prepare and assemble project documentation, including scopes of work, technical specifications, bid packages, RFPs, RFQs, and contracts. Secure required building permits and maintain project records. Monitor and communicate change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Provide progress updates, advice, and feedback to management, internal staff, and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, reporting potential hazards as needed. Deliver a statement of warranty upon project completion and ensure closeout requirements are met.
