Manufacturing Technician (5AM to 1:30PM)
Apply locations: Brea, CA | Full time | Posted yesterday | Requisition ID: R-102908 Nature and Scope The Manufacturing Technician supports manufacturing operations using current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and approved SOPs to support the Manufacturing Team's mission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform manufacturing and development activities within a cleanroom environment.
Clean and store manufacturing equipment and areas.
Sanitize components, materials, and supplies.
Set up process equipment including tanks, pumps, and filters.
Visual inspection of bags and syringes.
Conduct investigations, troubleshooting, and process development with critical thinking.
Complete manufacturing documentation per SOPs.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; pharmaceutical certifications are a plus.
At least 1 year of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and follow procedures.
Proficient in reading English documents such as SOPs and manuals.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
Wear PPE including gowning, goggles, face shields, respirators, and gloves.
Maintain a clean-shaven appearance for respirator fit.
Lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Compensation Hourly rate: $25.53 - $27.00. Actual pay depends on qualifications and experience.
