Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems for heating and cooling issues. Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment. Accurately assess humidity and air quality needs, and recommend solutions. Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a professional manner. Maintain timely and accurate service records using company-provided technology. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service needs. Follow company procedures and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship. Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to achieve company goals. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance. Knowledge of standard heating and cooling systems, including diagnostics and repairs. Understanding of humidity control, air quality, and system balancing. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions accurately. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Timeliness and reliability are essential. Personable, professional, and able to build rapport with clients. EPA certification required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Benefits
