DOE per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform thorough physical evaluations and consider medical histories to accurately assess patient conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on achieving the specific goals set for each patient. Administer manual exercises, therapeutic techniques, and other specialized treatments to enhance physical functions. Advance patient independence by educating patients and their family members on proactive wellness and injury prevention. Meticulously record patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care tailored to home health contexts. Minimum Position Qualifications: Must have completed a Physical Therapy Program accredited by a recognized body. Requires a minimum of nine months working experience as a Physical Therapist. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and empathize with patients, providing compassionate care. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in home health care settings is highly advantageous. Advanced certifications related to physical therapy in fields such as neurology or orthopedics are desirable. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and families. Competency in using physical therapy tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to work independently in home settings, demonstrating high levels of initiative and commitment.
