Chestnut Hill in East Longmeadow has an immediate FT opening for a 3 to 11 LPN or RN. We are looking for motivated, creative, and passionate nurses to join our team and help provide professional nursing care for our family of residents. About our facility: Chestnut Hill of East Longmeadow, for over 30 years, has met the short-term rehab, long-term care, and respite care needs of patients and their families. Located just minutes from Heritage Park, this 135-bed facility provides a tranquil environment for our patient-centered approach to care, with a state-of-the-art rehab gym and hotel-like suites for your loved ones.
