Join our dynamic team at Deer Oaks as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and be part of an integrated treatment team that makes a difference in the lives of older adults and physically disabled individuals residing in long-term care (LTC) facilities. With our history since 1992, Deer Oaks is a nationally recognized leader in the LTC geriatric field. We contract with thousands of LTC facilities and are inviting you to join our organization. You will be assigned to a facility or facilities in your local community, allowing you to build meaningful connections with the individuals you serve. You will conduct in-person assessments, provide individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and offer behavioral management services. We support geriatric-focused training and ongoing professional development with accredited CEUs and consultation with our clinicians to support your career journey. Responsibilities
Conduct in-person assessments Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy Offer behavioral management services Participate in accredited CEU programs and ongoing clinical supervision/consultation Collaborate with an integrated treatment team within LTC facilities Benefits
