Prepares juice bar beverages and bakery products daily. Provides exceptional customer service and contributes to a positive and collaborative team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

General Requirements: Engages customers in a friendly manner, shares product information, and assists in locating products throughout the store. Seeks opportunities to exceed customer expectations and enhance the experience. Manages own time and models a flexible work style; shifts tasks as priorities change based on department needs. Represents company values; works cooperatively and positively with team members. Gives and receives feedback constructively, following the Speak Up culture. Conserves company resources and works in alignment with the mission, vision, values, and sustainability program. Adheres to work and food safety policies per company and regulatory agencies; contributes to store cleanliness and equipment maintenance; informs management of issues. Observes all company rules and policies; complies with department/location guidelines, tasks, and responsibilities. Position Responsibilities: Prepares juice bar and bakery areas for store opening and closing. Assists customers with product selection; shares knowledge and makes recommendations based on needs. Orders beverage-related products based on anticipated sales and seasonal needs; maintains inventory to achieve sales and margin goals. Executes the store beverage program; prepares beverages to customer and vendor specifications. Trains department staff on beverage preparation and ensures consistency across offerings. Builds displays and arranges products to create attractive presentations, highlighting featured items. Prepares, wraps, weighs, prices, and presents bakery products. Receives and unloads merchandise; checks quality and communicates issues to management and merchandising team. Stocks, rotates, and checks expiration dates; maintains cleanliness and organization; follows merchandising standards. Handles damaged/spoiled products according to policy. Maintains awareness of ads, promotions, holidays, and events; stays familiar with departmental products and continues learning. Notifies the department manager or Manager on Duty of any situations related to customer service, safety, productivity, security, or other issues that could affect the store. Performs other tasks as assigned. Note:

Previous customer service, food service, retail, or grocery experience preferred. Knowledge of retail bakery, beverage, or food service departments preferred. Language Skills

Basic ability to read and interpret documents required. Mathematical Skills

Basic math and computation skills required. Reasoning Ability

Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions; good judgment at all times. Knowledge of English (Preferred)

This is a customer service driven position; ability to speak, read, and understand English. Physical Demands

Medium level work; stand/walk for shifts; occasional climbing stairs; lift up to 50 pounds; frequent use of arms/hands; exposure to a grocery environment with possible allergens or chemicals.
