Title: Senior Procurement Analyst Department: Accounting/Finance Reports to: Procurement Manager Work Environment: 5 days in-office required About the Position The Senior Procurement Analyst supports the development, documentation, and execution of procurement strategies and planning. This role plays a key part in analyzing supply costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving procurement processes. The position is responsible for preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), collecting bid proposals, drafting RFP summaries, and reviewing service contract agreements. The Senior Procurement Analyst collaborates with internal teams and vendors to support procurement initiatives, manage expenses, and provide reporting and analysis related to procurement and capital projects. This role reports to the Director of Procurement and Facilities Services and works closely with internal stakeholders across the organization. Essential Functions and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal customers across Evergreen Goodwill. Support and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers. Ensure timely and accurate processing of supply requisitions. Assist with the creation, issuance, and tracking of requisitions related to capital projects. Help resolve vendor and contractor issues in coordination with the Procurement Manager. Conduct cost analysis for new services, products, and capital projects. Assist in maintaining purchasing policies, procedures, and contract documentation. Evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as price, quality, service, and availability. Identify and recommend potential service and supply vendors to support Facilities and organizational needs. Ensure compliance with established procurement policies, procedures, and standards. Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of procurement training materials, in partnership with the accounting team. Support the Procurement Manager in implementing capital budget projects and obtaining bids for annual capital planning. Provide data analysis and support for maintenance and capital projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination. Develop and maintain reporting tools, including updates to the Capital Expense Report (CAPEX) and other reports as needed. Position Requirements

Relevant experience may be substituted for education. 3+ years of relevant experience in same or related field. Must have experience in accounting or purchasing, along with contract and cost analysis skills. Strong data analysis and reporting abilities are required. General knowledge of Microsoft D365 and Dayforce a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Must be able to present concepts to various audiences. Proven analytical skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency. Ability to work independently and work as a team. Demonstrated capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and workload management skills. Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently. Ability to foster positive relationships. Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job. Physical Abilities: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required sit for long periods of time, communicate with other employees by talking and hearing, required to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 -20 pounds and to operate computer systems. Able to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills. Maintain reliable attendance. Essential Mental/Sensory Abilities
