Centura Wealth Advisory (CWA) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Relationships Coordinator to support the Strategic Relationships team. This entry-level role plays a critical function in helping serve high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated professional partners by assisting with planning deliverables, relationship management, and administrative tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Success in this role is defined by the ability to provide seamless administrative and planning support that enhances the client and professional partner experience while driving internal efficiency. The Strategic Relationships Coordinator will play a vital role in organizing deliverables, managing communication logistics, and supporting process improvements across the Strategic Relationships function. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Client & Partner Coordination
Coordinate communication and logistics with prospective clients and Centers of Influence (COIs) Assist in the process for meeting preparation and follow-up Manage document collection, intake, and maintain organized client files
Planning Support
Assist with the preparation of planning deliverables, including tax projections, balance sheets, pricing analyses, and proposals Prepare and send planning engagement agreements Conduct market research to support planning initiatives
Operational & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate activity tracking records in Salesforce CRM Monitor CRM inbox and ensure data is logged and updated appropriately Create and maintain SOPs for the Strategic Relationships team Provide general internal support for operational projects and administrative needs Perform other duties as assigned
Calendar Management
Schedule and confirm meetings with prospective clients, existing clients, and professional partners Manage the calendars of Strategic Relationships team members, including coordinating internal and external appointments Follow up with leads to ensure timely scheduling of consultations and follow-up meetings
Required Qualifications:
Experience
1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a professional services environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce CRM Demonstrated ability to prioritize and support multiple team members and projects
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support various team needs Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, preferred
