Knowledge Managers
to design, manage, and maintain knowledge management (KM) systems that streamline information sharing, enhance collaboration, and ensure secure access to critical data. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with a passion for improving knowledge transfer processes and enabling smarter decision-making across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management Systems Administration
Develop, manage, update, and maintain
KM systems
(e.g.,
SharePoint sites, databases, libraries, and internal websites ) to serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing organizational data. Manages the KM environment to advance information. Maintain records and information systems in strict compliance with applicable regulations. Training & User Support
Train system users, including
Intelligence Community (IC) partners , providing clear and effective
user guides
as required. Act as the primary point of contact for knowledge management best practices, ensuring optimal use of KM tools. Policy & Repository Management
Maintain and update a
repository
for
instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), and policy memoranda
to ensure consistency and accessibility. Knowledge Transfer & Collaboration
Develop and maintain the organization’s
knowledge management environment
to foster effective collaboration and information sharing across tools and organizations. Facilitate
knowledge transfer initiatives
to ensure critical information is documented, retained, and accessible throughout the
organization . Data Integrity & Security
Ensure all records are
accurate, accessible, and secure , maintaining data integrity across all KM systems. Success Factors

Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library Science, Computer Science, or related field. 0-15+ years of experience managing
SharePoint
or other KM platforms in a government or corporate environment. Proven experience in records management, information governance, and KM process development. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support users. Preferred Experience supporting DoD,
IC , or other federal agencies. Familiarity with IC information sharing policies and security protocols. Why Join JMark?
