Position Highlights

Physician-led, patient-centered team-based care environment

Practice at the peak of your license providing evidence-based medicine

Patient assessments, formulating care plans, identifying gaps in care delivery, and teaching patients about personal care management

Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their health

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in various orthopedic sports medicine surgeries including but not limited to foot and ankle, hand, joint replacement, shoulder

Designation of time includes office hours, hospital rounding, and first assist in the operating room

Flexibility to work at Newburgh, NY; Middletown, NY; and Warwick, NY

Schedule is 4 days, 10-hour shifts with one late day per week to cover cases running over, and one weekend call shift per month

Compensation and Benefits Salary range for this role is $110,000 to $166,500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus varies based on experience and metrics achievement. Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, incentives and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contributions (eligibility applies).
