We are looking for a Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous automotive experience and excellent customer service skills. Minimum Experience:

2 years Preferred Certifications:

ASE certifications and Smog license are a plus Available Positions: Quick Lube Technician Entry-Level Service Technician Experienced Service Technician Heavy Line Technician Transmission Technician Master Service Technician Technician Specific Benefits: Shop equipped with the newest technology Uniforms provided Discounts on products and services Highly productive shop environment Career advancement opportunities, promote from within Reimbursement for ASE and state inspection certifications; all training expenses paid Continued education through manufacturer hands-on and web-based training Clean and professional work environment Competitive wages Additional Benefits: Health, Medical, and Dental insurance 401K plan Paid vacation Growth opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Long-term job security Flexible work schedule Quick Lube Technician Responsibilities: Check and communicate oil levels to teammates Ensure proper tire pressure Inspect and refill fluid levels as needed Complete vehicle inspections Install new oil drain plug and filter Clean and lubricate fittings as needed Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing the customer's perspective Service Technician Responsibilities: Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional services needed and provide repair estimates Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Qualifications: Previous experience at an automotive dealership Strong understanding of the service drive Experience level varies per position High school diploma or equivalent Dexterity and steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination Mechanical and troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service skills Basic computer skills Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with effective collaboration skills Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check We are an equal opportunity employer.
