Overview The primary responsibility of this position is to source, identify, develop, and deliver opportunities to create and/or enhance the profitability of Sunoco LP’s existing pipeline and terminals midstream business around a regional Pipeline Systems division. This includes capital projects, asset optimization, M&A, and additional business development activity. In particular, the successful candidate will:

Manage existing customer relationships including working with the operations team to resolve day to day customer issues, identifying upsell opportunities and performing analytics related to customer and pipeline system performance

Source, analyze, perform due diligence and lead negotiations of business acquisition opportunities

Identify, analyze, recommend, and execute new business opportunities in order to generate additional revenue and maximize utilization of pipeline, storage, terminal and truck loading/unloading facilities.

Develop capital, revenue and expense projections for capital projects in addition to the core business, assess capacity utilization, and perform economic evaluation of projects

Collaborate with Operations, Supply & Trading, Finance, and the broader Sunoco LP teams to oversee the implementation of approved capital growth projects

Requirements

8+ Years of Related Experience Is Required.

BS degree in Finance/Business/Engineering or other related discipline.

3+ years in US midstream and/ or petroleum fuels business with at least 1+ years operational experience preferred

Overall understanding of the US refined products and/or crude oil business including supply, trading, logistics and operations.

Proficiency in financial modeling of capital projects and acquisition targets

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven negotiation skills, history of success in closing commercial or midstream deals

Demonstrated leadership capability

Strong communication skills, both for internal and external counterparts

Preferred Skills

Fluency in Spanish

MBA and/or other post-graduate education
