What’s on Your Plate: Job Title: Juice Bar Shift Supervisor (closing shifts) Department: Juice Bar / Bakery Reports To: Juice Bar / Bakery Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary
Supervise daily operations and staff, ensuring excellent customer service, department conditions, food safety, and communication. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
General Requirements: Engage customers friendly, share product info, and seek to exceed expectations. Manage time effectively, adapt to changing priorities. Represent company values and work cooperatively with team members. Provide and receive constructive feedback. Conserve resources and adhere to safety and sustainability policies. Maintain cleanliness and report issues to management. Position Responsibilities: Oversee department in management's absence. Guide staff, assign tasks, and ensure quality. Maintain department standards and execute training. Plan for promotions, holidays, and events. Build attractive displays and ensure product quality and rotation. Prepare and serve Juice Bar products accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper signage. Handle inventory, damages, and safety issues. Engage customers warmly, share product info, and enhance their shopping experience. Education and/or Experience
Previous food service, retail, or grocery experience required; high-volume experience preferred. Experience with Juice Bar, cheese, bread, or pastry products preferred. Supervisory experience required. Proficiency in MS Office and retail software required. Language Skills
Basic ability to read and interpret documents required. Mathematical Skills
Basic math skills required. Reasoning Ability
Ability to follow instructions and exercise good judgment. Physical Demands
