Office Coordinator
to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our employees, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and updating therapist schedules. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and demonstrates initiative. Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures Create and maintain an organized filing system Greet and assist clients as they arrive Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person Schedule appointments and maintain therapist schedules Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects Can work independently, excellent communication skills
