About These Roles Our Speech-Language Pathologists provide life-changing clinical services while partnering closely with patients, families, and providers. You’ll bring your expertise in speech pathology to help kids find their voices—and their confidence.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop/modify treatment plans

Collaborate with ENT, Audiology, PT/OT, and community providers

Document accurately and on time in the medical record

Provide direct therapy interventions for outpatient pediatric populations

Qualifications

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association OR be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision by a CCC-SLP in accordance with standards defined by the ASHA

Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit

Current BLS Certification required

Previous Experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred

Aural Habilitation Specialist: Two to three-years-experience working with children who are hard of hearing and continuing education in Listening and Spoken Language therapy
