Lead complex chemical analyses to support product development and quality assurance. Develop and implement advanced testing methods including spectroscopy and thermal analysis. Supervise oil analysis using IEEE, IEC, and ASTM standards to ensure product integrity. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to meet certification standards. Collaborate with universities and research centers to drive innovation. Support ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation efforts for technical competence and quality. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and recommendations for cross-functional teams. Represent the lab in customer meetings and technical conferences. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing or fluids lab environment. Experience with transformer or electrical industry preferred. Strong understanding of chemistry and related disciplines. Proven ability to solve cross-disciplinary technical challenges.
