Therapist As our Therapist, you’ll play a key role in helping kids and families work through tough mental and emotional challenges, while building stronger relationships. Through hands-on, intensive individual and family therapy, you’ll empower clients with the tools, education, guidance, and resources they need to grow and heal. And you won’t be doing it alone—you’ll have a caring team and regular support to help you make a real difference.
Perks
26/hour (weekday work before 5pm and non-client facing work)
28.50/hour for billable services rendered after 5pm or on weekends
3,000 sign-on bonus
Opportunity to earn additional 1/hour for surpassing base client services goal
Opportunity to earn up to an additional 7,500 annually for on-call hours worked (max 15 days/month)
Student Loan Forgiveness site (Site approval does not guarantee individual’s approval)
Employee position with Insurance benefits, not a contracted role
Flexible hours and work environment
Trained in TBRI and Motivational Interviewing evidence-based practices
Qualifications
MSW, MFT, LAPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Registered with Department of Regulatory Agencies DORA of Colorado
