Performs patient care and service through a multidisciplinary team approach. Functions to maintain an environment of competence, caring and concern for patients and staff members.Department: Mattoon Pain ClinicHours: Full-time; Monday through Friday. No Weekends, No Holidays, No call. Day shift, rotation of variable start times from 6 am -7:30 am. 8 hour shifts.Required: IL RN; ADN; BLS & ACLS within 90 days of hire**Responsibilities**Assessment- Collects pertinent data and information relative to the patient's health or the situation.
