With locations across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California, we offer industry-leading programs designed specifically for new grads—providing guidance, mentorship, and tools to build a solid foundation and launch your career confidently. Best-in-Industry Mentorship Program: Our mentorship program goes beyond shadowing—it's a structured, purpose-driven experience. You will receive 48 hours of 1:1 time with seasoned Physical Therapists trained specifically to mentor and develop newer Physical Therapists. This hands-on guidance will help refine your skills and advance your career. Full, regular salary while completing the program. Cost of the program: $8,000 (paid in installments and fully reimbursed if you stay with us for two years post-completion). Over 90% pass rate on the OCS Board Certification Examination (cost included). Completion of the COMT certification through NAIOMT. PTO specifically for continuing education Other ways we help you thrive: Here’s how you will make an impact: Providing education and counseling to patients/families regarding treatments, goals, safety risks, and other issues within scope of practice. Evaluating physical, functional, cognitive, psychological, and perceptual abilities to assess patient capabilities. Documenting evaluations, treatments, and care contacts according to facility policies. Managing your caseload independently to maximize care effectiveness. Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Supporting special projects and activities aligned with TAI’s mission and values. Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. What you will need to bring: Physical Therapist license or anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months. Commitment to high-quality patient care. Eagerness to develop skills and support team development.
