A WA state licensed Physical Therapist with a track record of great outcomes and a willingness to learn and grow. An experienced clinician with outpatient orthopedics, neuro, vestibular, sports rehabilitation or related outpatient PT experience. A therapist who wants to connect with the community, create an innovative patient experience and establish meaningful connections. A natural leader who can lead by example and help build up the team of therapists and support staff. A therapist able to build strong rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds through strong communication and empathy. Comfortable utilizing new technology and software changes to enhance engagement and efficiency. Pay & Benefits Information
Base salary: $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience Additional earning potential: Shared reward intelligent compensation program with a base salary plus performance-based pay. Clinic Directors are eligible for additional compensation based on performance of all clinical staff, distributed every paycheck. This program can enable earnings well over 100K with base salary plus performance pay.
