PM SHIFT 2:00pm - 10pm NOC SHIFT 10:00pm - 6:30am Ingleside Communities is hiring clinically competent Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate care for residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, following established standards and protocols. Nurses will collaborate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

This position starts at $30.00/hour, based on experience.

Qualifications: - Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (in good standing) - CPR Certified - Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Departmental Expectations: - Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients/residents under the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Administrator. - Implement care plans addressing physical, psycho-social, cultural, ethnic, and spiritual needs. - Provide direct care and report changes in patient/resident condition to the DON. - Uphold respect for residents' rights, dignity, and individuality in all interactions. - Effectively engage with cognitively and/or physically impaired individuals. - Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information. - Demonstrate respect for co-workers, adhere to attendance/punctuality policies, and begin work on time. - Comply with workplace safety protocols, including infection control and proper use of PPE. - Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Document patient/resident care per established policies and scope of practice.
