We’re looking for dedicated Surgical Technology professionals to join our team.

for external candidates with 1+ years of experience and a
$2500 sign-on bonus
for new grad techs. Competitive salary, medical/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, flexible work schedules, and retirement plans What You Will Do Provide safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using nursing interventions in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status. Provide patient care/function in a primary scrub position. Assist with technical responsibilities in assigned operative procedures. Assure appropriate instruments/supplies are present and in proper working condition. Provide labeled medications with correct doses on the sterile field. Support the operative team, includes following patient care hand off protocol. Actively participate in the quality improvement process. Involved in learning and self-improvement. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
