**PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE:****Position Summary:**This position is responsible for supervising the Bankers and Front Window Cashiers.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities****:** includes but not limited to:* Assists the Cashiering Operations Shift Manager with daily operations including supervising, training and counseling of employees* Ensures compliance with casino regulatory rules and regulations as well as casino internal and accounting controls in order to safeguard the company's assets* Handles customer service and employee related problems professionally**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Assumes Cashiering Operations Shift Manager’s responsibilities, in their absence* Works a variety of jobs in the department, as needed**Minimum Education and Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or equivalent* Two years of casino currency handling experience**Competencies:** Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:* Good written and verbal communication skills* Good organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks* Knowledge of the Front Windows and Banks* Knowledge of casinos computer management system**Training Requirements:*** Must attend all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training classes* Knowledge of Outlook, ACSC, NRT/Certegy and ERP computer systems* Knowledge of the casino computer management system**Physical Demands and Work Environment:*** Must be able to work in a smoking environment* Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.* Must be able to stand for extended
