Location: Vision Ford Lincoln – Wahpeton, ND Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $20 per hour Job Description
Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alignment Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and performing wheel alignments, suspension repairs, and ensuring vehicles are safe and properly aligned to keep our customers satisfied. We value a hands-on professional who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency, and who works well in a team environment. What You’ll Do
Perform wheel alignments using advanced equipment Diagnose and repair suspension and steering issues Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and alignment accuracy Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance opportunities Communicate results clearly with service advisors Maintain a clean and organized work area Stay updated on Ford & Lincoln procedures Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience with alignments or suspension work Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Familiarity with Hunter or similar alignment machines Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and safety Team-oriented mindset ASE or Ford training is a plus but not required Tools
