The Procurement Manager will lead sourcing activities for raw materials and finished goods across North America. This role will be responsible for driving cost savings, executing sourcing events, building supplier partnerships, and supporting the creation of long-term category strategies. The Procurement Manager will also own reporting deliverables for savings, spend, and other key procurement metrics - leveraging advanced analytics to drive data-backed decisions and continuous improvement. How you will make an impact as a Procurement Manager: Lead sourcing initiatives for raw materials and finished goods categories across North America. Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities through competitive bidding, negotiations, and supplier consolidation. Manage and execute sourcing events (RFx) with a focus on transparency and efficiency. Support the creation, development, and execution of category strategies in alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, drive supplier performance and continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management) to align sourcing strategies with business needs. Own monthly reporting for cost savings, spend analysis, and other procurement KPIs. Provide analytical support for category insights, market trends, and supplier performance monitoring. Design and maintain KPI dashboards and spend analysis tools (Power BI/Excel) to provide actionable insights and enhance decision-making. Conduct data analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities, risk areas, and supplier performance gaps. This is a hybrid position and requires on-site presence for 3 days/week in ACR's Exton, PA office. These days are typically Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
