The Workstream Lead for SAP Maintenance/Repair/Overhaul (MRO) and Plant Maintenance oversees the implementation and operational support of customer service and facility management modules. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, leading SAP support personnel, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions
Oversee daily operations and support for SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance modules, ensuring system stability and performance. Lead and manage the MRO and Plant Maintenance workstream for a large SAP implementation project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals. Monitor and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide project metrics to support the management of key project milestones and deliverables Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction. Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills
Strong knowledge of SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance modules and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules (ex. FI/CO, SD, PP). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal skill set, with capability of interfacing and forming strong business partnerships with CHQ, Segment, sector and division leadership and stakeholders. Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation. Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes. Experience working within MRO, Customer Service, Plant Maintenance, Purchasing and Material Management and Master Data, Operations and Planning, and Inventory and Warehouse Management Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in NYC areas is $119,000-$221,000.
