Home Solutions Coordinator (HSC)
, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for residents in need of roofing, siding, and gutter restoration services. Your mission is clear:
get out in the field, connect with homeowners, and set high-quality appointments
for our inspection and sales teams. You’re not here to climb roofs or sign contracts—you’re here to open doors, start conversations, and lay the groundwork for a smooth, successful restoration experience. What You’ll Do
Canvass Neighborhoods
– Walk assigned territories and engage homeowners face-to-face. Educate Homeowners
– Share information about our services and the storm restoration process. Set Quality Appointments
– Coordinate inspections with our team, ensuring accurate scheduling and a smooth handoff. Represent Our Brand
– Show up in the community with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity. Track Your Progress
– Log homeowner information, visit notes, and appointment outcomes in our CRM or canvassing software. Collaborate With the Team
– Work closely with Field Sales Leaders (FSLs) and Residential Damage Experts (RDEs) to keep the process seamless. What We’re Looking For
High-energy communicators who are confident speaking face-to-face with homeowners Self-motivated go-getters who thrive on meeting goals and working independently Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Tech-friendly and able to navigate mobile apps, CRMs, and canvassing platforms Consistent and reliable with the ability to follow a structured daily routine Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year customer service, B2C sales, or door-to-door canvassing experience preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation You’ll Love This Role If You…
