Gopuff is looking for
Operations Associates (OAs)
to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products within our site and kitchen (if applicable), and working with partner drivers. Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We're building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers to reshape retail faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks. Responsibilities:
Pick and pack items for dispatch Receive, unpack pallets, ensure inventory matches purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items Handle, scan, and move products safely and organized Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and walk during shifts Use carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment to move products Handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, and alcohol Work periodically in freezer locations during shifts Walk several flights of stairs as needed Prepare quality beverages and food items, following recipes and presentation standards Ensure accuracy of all food and beverage packages for delivery Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Receive, put away orders, and resolve discrepancies Maintain kitchen organization and standards, managing waste and spoilage Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred but not required) Flexibility to work during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) Knowledge of basic web-based applications (e.g., Google G-Suite) Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts Lift up to 49 pounds Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays #LI-DNP Pay:
