Job Description Pacific Coast Hospitality has been retained to search for a
Restaurant & Brewery General Manager
for our client, a prestigious and long-established restaurant & brewery located in Petaluma, CA. An authentic neighborhood spot serving up creative and inspired beer and food located in beautiful Sonoma County, just north of San Francisco. This is an outstanding opportunity for the ideal candidate to construct a great gastropub program, including creating promotions and menu items always cooked from scratch with locally sourced ingredients, build documented policies & procedures, and be intimately involved in helping grow an already well-established business.
Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:
5 years’ experience working as General Manager in the beer-centric dining segment
Must know and be passionate about food and beer
Experience in product ordering and team member scheduling
BUSY environment, candidate must have the energy and mental toughness to succeed
High volume “gastropub” experience a plus
Passion for developing and mentoring a team
Salary Range & Benefits
Salary – $65k – $85k (starting, based on experience level)
