Restaurant & Brewery Chef / Kitchen Manager

for our client, eclectic and funky, …. a prestigious and long-established restaurant & brewery located in Petaluma, CA. An authentic neighborhood spot serving up creative and inspired food and beer located in beautiful Sonoma County, just north of San Francisco. This is an outstanding opportunity for the ideal culinary candidate to construct a great gastropub program, including creating menu items always cooked from scratch with locally sourced ingredients, build documented recipes and portion & styling procedures, and be intimately involved in helping grow an already well-established business. Requirements

2-3 years’ experience working as AKM / KM/ Sous Chef / Chef in the beer-centric dining segment Must know and be passionate about food and beer Experience in product ordering and team member scheduling BUSY environment, candidate must have the energy and mental toughness to succeed High volume “gastropub” experience a plus Passion for developing and mentoring a team Track record of achieving financial results Salary Range & Benefits

Salary – $50k – $65k (starting, based on experience level) Generous and Obtainable Performance Bonus Program
