Job Summary
Join a collegial team of 12 CRNAs at this state‑of‑the‑art community hospital in beautiful Minnesota Lake Country. We perform 10K+ surgeries annually across a full spectrum of specialties—including general surgery, endoscopy, orthopedics, spine, robotics, obstetrics‑gynecology, urology, minimal ENT, and eye surgery (no head or heart procedures). Our CRNAs manage central lines, arterial lines, epidurals, spinal anesthesia, axillary and other regional blocks, ensuring comfort and safety for every patient.
Responsibilities
Practice independently at the top of your license as a CRNA.
Provide anesthesia for a high volume of procedures across multiple specialties.
Perform central lines, arterial lines, epidurals, spinal anesthesia, and regional blocks.
Take ownership of your cases while the team supports skill development in regional blocks if needed.
Assist in achieving high standards of patient care and safety.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting base salary of $300,000 with 1.5x pay for overtime hours.
Customizable schedule (4×10h or 3×12h shifts) with flexibility for part‑time or 1099 arrangements.
Immediate pay for completed work—no waiting after early wrap‑up.
7‑11 weeks of time off, commensurate with experience.
