Job Description Provides care coordination to members with behavioral health conditions identified and assessed as requiring intensive interventions and oversight, including multiple clinical, social, and community resources. This role promotes the appropriate use of clinical and financial resources to improve the quality of care and member satisfaction.

Qualifications Requirements/Certifications:

MD licensed only.

The annual salary for a Magellan FTE is $70K.

The candidate must be comfortable in a cubicle environment, able to type and talk simultaneously at a conversational pace, and able to navigate through multiple systems.

Candidate MUST have 5 TOTAL years of post-Masters experience, accounting for any employment gaps.

HOURS:

Monday-Thursday 8 am-7 pm and Friday 8 am-6 pm, with flexibility required. The candidate will work 2 evening shifts per week (until 7 pm Mon-Thurs or until 6 pm on Friday).

The work schedule will not be adjusted after training. Training will be 3 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. A fixed schedule will be assigned between the 4th and 6th week.

Experience:

Masters-level behavioral health clinician with 5 years post-Master experience, licensed to practice independently as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT.
