As part of our Epic EHR team, youll: Develop, implement, and support Epic Beaker and Bugsy applications Translate clinical and business needs into smart, scalable EHR solutions Design workflows, configure systems, and train staff on Epic functionality Analyze procedures, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements aligned with federal patient safety and quality initiatives Collaborate with clinical and business teams to build strong, solution-driven partnerships Ensure 24/7 system support through testing, documentation, and maintenance What You Bring

Education Bachelors degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Lab-related certification preferred Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare experience Preferred: Experience in hospital or clinical IT settings, especially with Epic deployments Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare regulations, and IT systems Hands-on experience with Epic clinical systems, especially in lab, microbiology, or pathology environments Licensure/Certification Current Epic certifications in Bugsy and Beaker (Anatomical & Clinical Pathology) OR willingness to complete Epic training and certification within 60 days post-training All certifications must be kept current Skills That Set You Apart
