The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC-James) aims to improve health through research, education, and patient care. The staff nurse plays a vital role in patient care, engagement, safety, quality, and cost-effective practices, managing and supervising nursing care for patients and their families. Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing care in line with professional standards. Minimum Education
2-year college degree or equivalent in nursing. Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in nursing. Qualifications
Degree from an accredited nursing program (CCNE or ACEN). Current Ohio nursing license or interim permit. Experience in relevant care setting preferred. Additional details
Location: James Cancer Hospital (0375) Type: Regular Hours: 36 per week Shift: Varying shifts Note: Final candidates will undergo background checks; additional screenings may be required.
