In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide the highest standards of healthcare to our patients, without compromising on efficiency and quality. Hours Monday - Sunday service Weekdays: 7:30am - 5:30pm or 7:30am - 6:30pm Weekends and Bank Holidays: 8:30am - 5:30pm 2 weekends out of 4 Salary This position is full-time, with an annual salary between £42,094 - £47,466 per annum FTE, depending on experience. What you'll be doing Leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions Undertaking medication rounds, dispensing controlled medication, attending emergency response situations, assessing patients, and undertaking reception screening Providing outstanding evidence-based care, seeking feedback, and personalizing care accordingly Delivering non-judgemental care that makes a real difference Building strong links with partners and stakeholders to provide a trustworthy and safe service Promoting best practice, clinical supervision, and continuous quality improvement Sharing knowledge and supporting each other within the team We offer opportunities for career development, including internal and external training options, discounts on shopping and leisure, support for professional growth, and a 24/7 employee assistance helpline.
