Seeking a Physician Assistant to join a multi-clinic urgent care system due to ever expanding population growth in the north Idaho area.
Full-time position
Join other experienced advanced practice providers along with ancillary support staff
Group has three urgent care clinics and a dedicated occupational medicine clinic in a less than 12-mile radius
Opportunity for 12-hour shifts with hours of operation for all clinics from 8a to 8p, 7 days a week
Minimum of 154 shifts per calendar year. A shift is defined as one scheduled twelve (12) hour period of coverage
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base shift pay of $147k-156k (range based upon experience)
Additional pay for additional shifts
Shift wRVU
5% Annual quality and engagement incentive
$2,500 CME
Sign on stipend of $7,500
Relocation stipend of $10,000
Robust benefit package and malpractice coverage provided
