Overview
Broward Health Medical Center Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 0.600000 Summary: Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis, and establishes care objectives. Responsibilities
The summary describes the ongoing responsibilities in patient care, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration with the goal of establishing an individualized plan of care for each patient. Qualifications
Education:
Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years. Experience:
One to two years’ experience required. Newly licensed RN may apply but may need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area. Credentials:
