Traveling CNA, HHA, PCA - Professional Live-in Caregiver for Massachusetts and Maine assignments. Start immediately. Live-in position; Dementia and professional caregiving experience required.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive in-home live-in caregiver pay starts at $1,203–$1,300 for 7 consecutive days of work
Caregivers work 9-hour care plans daily, Sunday through Saturday; 40 hours at regular pay rate ($16.15/hour) and 23 hours at overtime rate ($24.23/hour) for a total weekly gross of $1,203
Annual income potential of $60,000 to $64,000 for long term assignments

Responsibilities
Provide personal hygiene assistance (shower, bath, dress, eating) for elderly or those recovering from surgeries or injuries
Help clients take prescribed medications and assist with ambulation
Assist with mobility around the house or outside (doctor appointments, walks, etc.)
Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal planning and preparation, and physical therapy exercises
Complete shopping for clients or accompany them shopping
Perform housekeeping duties and report unusual incidents
Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies
Assist with meals, including cooking and serving
Support clients in all activities essential for daily living
Enter all care notes into company application
Other duties as necessary
Qualifications
2+ years of professional caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, PCA, hospice, in-home care, group home) or equivalent
Training and on-the-job experience with dementia patients, hoyer lifts, safe transfer skills, and hospice
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds; physical capability to perform job duties
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for every shift (live-in caregivers not required, but preferred)
Compassionate and supportive demeanor
Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
Commitment to health and safety standards
High school diploma or equivalent; professional training as a CNA, HHA, PCA or Professional Caregiver
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
Must complete all Covid-19 training and follow protocols
