Will have planning and oversight responsibilities for any maintenance shutdowns of each facility, coordinating site personnel, vendors and third-party contractors. ·
Inspects facilities and equipment to determine extent of service and equipment required. Recommends, justifies, develops and coordinates projects in conjunction with the client’s needs and requirements.·
5 -7 years’ experience in facilities or the trades preferred. ·
Must have the ability to always maintain professionalism under stressful situations. ·
Experience in CMMS/work order platforms. ·
Familiarity with HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical processes and troubleshooting. (Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Air Conditioning, Pumps, Generators, UPS etc.)·
Strategic thinker with strong implementation skills.·
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision. ·
