Manage the BIM execution plan and ensure compliance with project requirements. Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) to maintain a smooth workflow, address model-related issues, and ensure access to the most up-to-date information for effective collaboration. Create BIM models for different BIM platforms. Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective BIM integration. Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models and data. Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes. Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and clash detection reviews. Ensure that BIM deliverables meet the required standards and are delivered on time. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative BIM solutions.
