Structural & Payload Design Engineer (Seats Integration Team)

BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplanes) is looking for a **Structural & Payload Design Engineer (Level 4 & Level 5)** as **Deputy Airplane Leader** to join and support the Seats Integration Team (SIT) in **Everett or Renton, WA**. In this position you will lead cross-functional, teaming activities across* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science* 9+ years of experience working with or equivalent industry experience* 14+ years of experience working with or equivalent industry experience* Knowledge of payloads engineering releases and configuration management processes.* Ability to travel (10-20 percent) International and Domestic* Experience in implementing and sustaining project management best practices.* Possess strong attention to detail and effective collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, within the team and externally.* Experience in Certification Plan Authoring.* Experience in CATIA, ENOVIA, IVT, DCCS, and REDARS.* Experience with FAA Title 14 Part 25 and EASA equivalent.* Experience in reviewing technical documents* FAA DER Interior Arrangements #J-18808-Ljbffr
