Unmatched Comp Time Policy:

As a Professional Engineer for Roadway, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, taking ownership from start to finish. Responsibilities
Design and analysis of freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural roadways, and shared-use trails Prepare studies, reports, memos, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of transportation projects Work under the direction of a Project Manager to lead the roadway design discipline and to coordinate and integrate the other associated design disciplines on projects Support project managers with client relations, stakeholder coordination, and sub consultant management Take ownership of projects from start to finish, with attention to quality, budget and schedule Interface with coworkers to achieve shared success Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineering license in state of employment or ability to obtain within one year of hire 5-10 years of experience in roadway transportation engineering Experience working on multidisciplinary project teams Solid background in AASHTO roadway geometric design criteria Proficiency using Bentley and/or Autodesk civil design software Knowledge of DOT standards and plan preparation procedures Drainage design and/or traffic engineering experience is a plus Solid written and oral communication skills Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with MS Office applications A desire to grow personally and professionally with each project assignment Why would a candidate want this job?
