Due to the classified nature of this opportunity we can’t talk about everything you’ll do on this program, but you will play a part in creating end-to-end solutions and groundbreaking technology. The Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GN&C) team within this program office designs and produces the hardware, algorithms, and software required to solve the challenging problems of controlling these systems in a harsh, zero-g environment. If you join this team, you will help solve these challenges in a team environment using your GN&C academic background and industry experience. This position requires that you are a US citizen and be able/willing to obtain an active Top Secret with CI poly clearance. Responsibilities
As a staff GN&C position within a group of space programs, you will contribute to a dynamic environment focused on solving challenging GN&C problems and delivering end-to-end space system solutions. Basic Qualifications
BS or MS degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar technical discipline Strong experience in spacecraft controls design, analysis, simulation, and test Experience with simulation and programming tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, C++, Python) and Kalman Filtering / Attitude Determination Willingness to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly Desired Skills
Possess active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly Experience with flight software development and autocode to C++ Jitter Analysis experience (highly desired) Familiarity with a GN&C hardware suite for space applications Mission operations experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment Demonstrated good communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers Security Clearance

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week; some may be condensed to provide additional time away from the office. These schedules are in addition to the Paid Time Off benefits. Schedule for this Position:
9x80 every other Friday off Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $118,700 - $209,300. For other locations, salary ranges will reflect the final work location. This range is a guideline; offers consider scope, responsibilities, experience, education, and market factors.
