Construction Contract Specialist (REMOTE)
Vision Centric, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Contract Specialist. This is a remote position supporting Denver, Colorado (MST) and focuses on acquisition planning, solicitation, contract administration, and close out activities for construction and architect engineer services contracts. Key Responsibilities Conduct acquisition planning and market research. Determine appropriate contract types and solicitation areas. Prepare and issue solicitations, RFPs/RFQs, and amendments. Coordinate technical evaluation panels and assist in source selection and negotiations. Perform cost/price analysis and document source selection activities. Process contract awards and prepare award documentation. Administer contracts, maintain electronic contract files, and resolve payment issues. Process contract modifications and prepare closeout documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any field. Must include
24 semester hours in business-related disciplines , such as:
Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, Contracts, Purchasing, Economics, Industrial Management, Marketing, Quantitative Methods, or Organization and Management.
Alternatively, a degree in one of the above disciplines meets both the degree and business hour requirements. Experience: Minimum
5 years of Federal Government contracting experience . Minimum
5 years of construction contracting experience . Minimum
3 years of architect-engineer services contracting experience . Additional Requirements: Ability to obtain HSPD-12 PIV credential Must comply with all non-personal services contract policies and avoid inherently governmental functions.
