Position Overview

As the Facilities and Electrical Manager at Mt. Hood Meadows, you won’t just maintain buildings, you’ll shape the operational heartbeat of a world-class mountain resort. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends strategic planning with hands-on expertise, overseeing all aspects of facility upkeep, electrical systems, capital project execution, and team development. You’ll lead a skilled crew across two critical departments, ensuring that every system, from HVAC to wastewater, runs safely, efficiently and sustainably in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most iconic outdoor environments. Whether you're managing large-scale capital improvements, troubleshooting complex technical systems, or mentoring apprentices in partnership with the local college, your work directly enhances the guest experience and supports the resort’s mission of mountain stewardship. With shifting weather, evolving priorities, and a team relying on your expertise, no two days are the same, and that’s exactly how you like it. This is a Full-Time, Year-Round Benefitted position Qualifications and Experience

19 Years of age or older for insurance purposes Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles 5 years experience in facilities maintenance field or equivalent education and/or experience Comfortable working at heights (roof, manlift) Desire to continually increase knowledge, certifications, skills and training State of Oregon Electrical license: LME or greater (Or ability to obtain one prior to employment) Ability to use Microsoft 365 applications Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Exemplary safety record Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications Experience logically troubleshooting complex technical systems Experience with HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety and/or key management Experience managing construction projects Experience managing budgets, vendors contracts and service agreements Compensation
