Position Overview:

We're hiring a Production Specialist to join our Nashville-based production team. This is a hands-on role focused on the assembly, finishing, and quality control of our custom photobooths. You'll work with a mix of pre-fabbed components and custom parts, using tools, materials, and your own craftsmanship to bring each booth to life.

The ideal candidate has experience in experiential fabrication, scenic building, set or booth construction, or furniture/fixture assembly - and takes pride in building beautiful, functional things with precision and care.

Responsibilities

Assemble custom photobooths using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures

Build and finish structural and decorative components (including panels, frames, and internal parts)

Follow work orders and drawings to ensure quality, consistency, and on-brand details

Support machining, cutting, sanding, painting, or wrapping components as needed

Collaborate with print and CNC specialists to complete each booth

Conduct thorough quality checks before booths are packed and shipped

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

Occasionally assist with field installs, pack-outs, and deliveries when needed

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a production, fabrication, scenic, or assembly role

Experience in custom fabrication, furniture/fixture building, or experiential/event builds strongly preferred

Handyman experience

Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment

Ability to follow diagrams, schematics, and build instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods

Valid driver's license and willingness to assist with local deliveries/installations when needed

Self-starter with a team mindset-ready to jump in wherever needed
