**Key Qualifications:** - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in CRM management and PowerPoint presentations. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Ability to resolve day-to-day issues efficiently. - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 3-5 years of technical sales experience, ideally working with OEMs in the Motion Control or related industry. - Valid driver’s license and ability to commit to 60% weekly travel. - Proficiency in prioritizing work effectively.
