Project Kuiper Overview Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the capacity, flexibility, and performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

As a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor, you will be engaged in installing, commissioning, and maintaining specialty equipment with the ultimate goal of supporting satellites from the stages of early testing, integration, through to launch and on to production stability.

You will maintain complex mechanical, electrical and vacuum chambers to ensure their efficient operations and reliable testing. You will work closely with colleagues throughout Project Kuiper’s inter‑disciplinary team to ensure that critical needs and demands on second shift are being met. You will be essential in the on‑time delivery of hardware capable of achieving mission success as you are directly responsible for all equipment supporting these functions, and will have broad scope and autonomy to fill all gaps between equipment concept and operations.

You will work closely with your 2nd shift team members to ensure critical pass‑downs and communications are being provided daily.
