Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.Essential duties include the following:* Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.* Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization's products and services.* Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.* Researches sources for developing prospective customers.* Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.* Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.* Coordinates sales effort with sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.* Analyzes the territory's market and determines existing and prospective customer value to the organization.* Identifies advantages and compare organization’s products/services.* Supplies management with oral or written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.* Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities.* Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.* This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.Equal Opportunity Employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
